I fell like the ban on all use of minnows & leeches in provincial parks is a lazy way of controlling and reducing the risk of invasive species and disease. In some areas where it is considered a provincial park and able to fish, this law does not make any sense. I'm not saying that there shouldn't be a ban in some areas. But maybe on a case by case situation and that there should not be a blanket ban for all provincial parks.
