We are the planning consultants to Minto (Noble) GP Inc. ("Minto"), the owners of the property municipally known as 6 Noble Street in the City of Toronto. We are writing to request that Official Plan Amendment No. 653 be modified as set out below:

1. Modify the table in Section G and Land Use Plan Map 18 (shown on Tile 36) to redesignate the subject site from General Employment Areas to Mixed Use Areas rather than to Neighbourhoods as originally proposed; and

2. Delete Site and Area Specific Policy 844;
