The Biglieri Group Ltd. (“TBG”) represents 1744686 Ontario Inc., the owners of 1.9 hectares of
land known municipally as 55 Nugget Avenue (“Subject Site” or “Site”). On behalf of 1744686 Ontario Inc., we are writing to request the Minister consider the approval of the requested ELC, which seeks to redesignate the Site from General Employment Area and Core Employment Area to Mixed Use Area.

For your benefit in reviewing this request, all materials submitted to the City throughout the ELC
review process have been attached.
