The proposed site is too close to an urban area and I am vehemently opposed to operation of the proposed site. The proximity of the site to the town of Dresden will certainly have a negative impact on air quality and the quality of life for the residents of the town. As a result, property values will surely be negatively impacted. What potential buyer would be enticed to buy a home that is regularly subjected to the repugnant odours emanating from the landfill?

There are no benefits for the residents of the town to be realized, only increased profits for York1 Environmental Waste Solutions LP.

If this feedback exercise has been initiated to ensure residents of the town of Dresden are heard and their concerns are addressed, stop this proposal from moving ahead.
