This site is in very close proximity (1km) from the town of Dresden and would pose a definite odour and traffic issue (hauling garbage and removing).
I would predict a VERY strong local opposition to this proposal.
I am very opposed to the transfer of garbage to this site. I have been to this site and seen how nature has taken over and turned it into a nice habitat for wood ducks, deer and other wildlife.
