A landfill site and…

A landfill site and operation center of this size will significantly impact the community of Dresden in a negative way. The noise and smell associated with this will most certainly impact property values and tourism, which is very hard on such small community. Dresden works hard to be a community that people from outside areas want to visit and settle in. I can appreciate the need for landfills, however it feels like this would be much better suited farther away from a settled area and not on this close to a small town. It’s concerning this has been deemed appropriate by Chatham-Kent and the province.
