I am a resident of Maryhill who lives within 2km of this very unnecessary pit. We fought with every resource we had to keep this uncaring company out of our village. This proposal is just another example of the way Capital Paving has duped everyone into believing that their operations would not affect our ground water. I am on the town well and it is hard to believe that removing nearly 7 million liters of water 200 days a year for 10 years will not affect us and our lives. You have already stated that this proposal is at the Category 3 level and can have catastrophic consequences. Please deny this request.
