The location of this proposal is far too close to a vibrant community. It will result in widespread property devaluation. There will be substantial odour pollution, and noise pollution as the site plans to operate 24/7. It will increase the traffic of trucking substantially in this small town.
Some bigger concerns would be the risk of environmental issues, including water contamination and local species at risk.
Please reconsider the location of this dump. Surely there are locations closer to source that do not have a town right beside it.
