If category 3 water permit is listed as causing “unacceptable environmental impactor interference”
Why is it an option for any application?

This proposed gravel pit is closer to homes and a village then the acceptable allowance with all homes not in the village on private wells. This would very much impact our water availability and quality.

How is Capital Paving even attempting to apply for a permit when the gravel pit decision has not been made?
