In light of overwhelming evidence of profound climate change being already in play (just ask post-Michael Florida), and that the timeline to avoid extinction for humans is very limited, AS WELL AS clear proof the Cap-and-TRADE was WORKING to reduce carbon AND business was on board and the money collected still is needed to FIX OUR FAILING INFRASTRUCTURE (schools, sewers, bridges); please abandon the need to kill this good policy.
