I vehemently disagree with this proposal. There will be an increased danger on the roads with so many trucks coming and going. This will affect children on school buses, children walking to and from school as well as farmers and farm equipment. The added stress to the roads will cause them to deteriorate at an increased rate. The added noise and truck pollution of a facility running 24/7 so close to a small town is also a huge concern.
Dresden, Ontario is a growing town full of proud citizens who work hard to make Dresden a wonderful place for people to live. If this proposal is approved, York1 will single handedly destroy the growth of the town. NO ONE will move to a town with this type of facility so close.
PLEASE do NOT approve this proposal. Say no for the kids, the farmers and all of the wonderful people of Dresden, Ontario.
