This should be illegal.They are trying to use a loophole to allow this .
No one wants this here & it will do so much damage to this area .
Let alone the damage to the river & species at risk, the damage to the agricultural community & the possibility of the factory having to close ,which is the biggest concern in Dresden for jobs .
If this is allowed here the Conseritives will never recover.
