I feel a Regenerative Recycling Facility is a good idea, as long there are guarantees that there will be restrictions that there will never be any organic residential food waste allowed. Strick rules should be put in place that only construction materials would be allowed to be dealt with on this property. Also they should be made to reroute the access road to the new property to the North that was purchased by York 1 as the current road in is far too close to the homes nearest this location. The other greatest concern is the increased traffic and what it may do to the state of the roads. Environmental tests should be done in order to create a baseline so ongoing standards can be maintained.
