There is one very plain and simple reason/comment/concern - in no way shape or form should a dumping facility be placed this close of proximity to any town and place of residence.
There has been garbage pick up and removal for many many years with the sole purpose of removing people’s garbage from where they live for reasons like heath concerns, environmental concerns and of course because it can become over bearing.
There are plenty of open fields between Dresden and Toronto that are much further then 1 I’m from the nearest town.
Brining this dump this close to Dresden will create a ghost town. No one wants to live in a town known for having a dumping location in their backyard.
Find another location York1 !
