I’m a farmer located directly east of this proposed site. If I was to build a livestock facility I would have to have a nutrient management plan that is to be updated every five years or whenever you make a change to your operation. The property in question would not be eligible for even a small livestock operation because of its proximity to neighbours, creeks and floodplain Farmers have many rules to abide by so why shouldn’t big business.
We are 300 km to central Ontario where the major amount of recycled material would be from. It is dishonest and wrong to be considering this outdated licence.
