Attached, please find City of Hamilton Staff Comments in response to ERO 019-8273 – the proposed Get It Done Act, 2024 – Amending the Official Plan Adjustments Act, 2023. Staff have reviewed and included comments on all schedules of the Get It Done Act, 2024, which will be submitted to the relevant ERO postings but are also included with the City’s submission on ERO 019-8273 for consideration.
