The government of Ontario is letting down its constituents by repealing the Cap and Trade act. The new government is more focused on saving money than helping the environment. As one of the bigger provinces we should be taking a lead on climate change, and not be rolling back the steps already taken. The current program helps to reduce the overall level of emission as well as generate money to create other environmentally friendly programs. Both of these are helpful in the fight against climate change and should not be repealed.
