Water recharge areas in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo are sacred. We know where they are. They are already mapped! They provide water to all residents and businesses. They ensure that residents and businesses are not burdened with extra costs of paying for a pipeline which would be necessary if the water recharge areas were depleted because land development happened on them.
Take this message seriously, Do not allow land development on the water re-charge areas of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo. We know where these areas are ,so this should not be regarded as a cut the red paper restriction and reduction by having to respect the lack of development on the water recharge areas!
