I am commenting to protest…

I am commenting to protest this bill and its inclusion of the unnecessary destruction of thousands of acres of irreplaceable farmland along with other modifications in Guelph, Wellington County, and elsewhere.

Also, the omnibus bill includes changes to land expropriation and Environmental Assessments to facilitate highway construction that are very concerning along with the current government's attempt to block future carbon taxes and prevent road tolls.

People can't survive without food, provided by agriculture and water, cleaned by wetlands and marshes. This government must stop attacking Ontario's environment.
