I am against the cancellation of the cap trade program.

The funds acquired through this program benefited many individuals and organization that could not do the required upgrades without it. Many individuals such as myself were low income earners. With the cancellation of the program were are able to do required upgrade to our home. The cancellation added additional financial hardship on our family do to having to pay completely out of pocket and in addition to funding cuts in other program such as ODSP.

I would rather this government tax large polluters than families (low income families) and support environmentally and innovated industries. However, this government seem place priorities on the finances of large polluters or those of environment, schools improvements and low income individuals. Sad and embarrassing!!!
