The proposed condominiums…

The proposed condominiums will cause traffic chaos during peak traffic hours. It will destroy the neighborhood and life as we know it in Woodbridge. The mayor and city councillors as well as the MPP for Vaughan are not representing their constituents because we do not want this type of intensification in our neighborhoods. To encourage people to live in small condominiums in an area where single dwelling homes could be built demonstrates that elected officials do not care about the mental well being of families and their children. Condominium living creates traffic chaos, (people who live in condominiums have cars!!!) It is already so difficult to access the 400 from Highway 7 and Weston Road from Langstaff and from Rutherford adding these condos will cause traffic mayhem. Not to add that the commute on the 400 will be virtually impossible we the hard working taxpayers will no longer have work life balance because we will be spend our life in traffic trying to get to and from work safely!!!!!! It will destroy productivity, people’s mental wellbeing and it is simply disgusting that all elected officials after Covid think that a province rich in land that they use propaganda to encourage developers to build up rather than build communities where kids can live in a home and not in a shoebox!!!!! You are intensifying without the infrastructures such as roads to accommodate all these people. We the taxpayers should not pay the price for the incompetence of government officials!!!!
