Residents know that both of these requests are in employment and areas which are not planned for any kind of residential development,
This location is not suitable for any sort of apartment complex build and is already a very high truck and industrial traffic area that does not have appropriate infrastructure for residential use.
So that being said, why is it necessary to get special permission to enable this development from the CIHA? This is not what the CHIA was intended for unless I stand corrected .
