I fully oppose this proposed…

I fully oppose this proposed development. As a long time local resident I feel strongly that this is the wrong area for this type of high density housing. Traffic is already grid lock in this area with no plans to improve it. This will only make traffic much worse with local residents and businesses suffering. The use of a MZO is a strong arm tactic power grab and was never ment for this purpose. Thus is not an urgent proposal. Furthermore new condo sales are tanking. Listen to the residents and cancel this bad idea.
