This makes level of density and congestion makes absolutely no sense. Langstaff is only 2 lanes and there is only southbound access to the 400 from these condos. . There is no access from the 407 to the 400 to get to these condos. Lang staff is already connected during rush hour as is Weston Rd by Kleinburg and Veloore residents cause Pine Valley doesn’t cut through Rutherford. These proposed condos are too far from VMC that condo residents will rely on driving over transit. Vaughan council needs to focus on crime and infrastructure before building condos where our current infrastructure cannot accommodate the extra traffic. I am totally opposed to these condos cause we are busting at the seams in this part of Vaughan.
