I have been made aware of an MZO from area rate payers association about a proposed development of four 32+ stories condo buildings at Hwy 400 and Langstaff.
I am totally opposed to this barbaric proposal! Has anyone in their right mind considered the consequences of such inordinate density? Have the developers gone insane in their insatiable hunger for wealth at all costs?! Isn't the grid lock on the 400, and on Hwy 7 enough? What is the rationality for this concentration of housing in such a contained area? This will destabilize everything in the area. Why was no consultation proposed? Why were the residents of the area not informed.
Everything was done in secret! Is this the way democracy works?
Stop another jungle like the one on Creditstone Rd and Hwy 7! The urban planners have lost their senses!
