The subject lands are located in the unincorporated community of Minaki and were formerly part of the Minaki golf course. The lands are accessed by Highway 596, Front Street, and a private road and are located approximately 56 kilometres northwest of the City of Kenora.

The purpose of application 60-C-240759 is for the creation of one (1)  of two (2) new resource-based recreational use lots on PIN 42180-2612. Proposed lot 1 will have an area of 0.278 hectares, with ~105 metres of road frontage and is comprised of partial lots 149 & 150 on Plan M-222. The land is currently vacant with a proposed septic system and a well for servicing.
