Détails de la décision
The application for consent 60-C-259049 was draft approved on July 3, 2025 subject to conditions.
The application was reviewed for consistency with the environmental policies of the Provincial Planning Statement (e.g. natural heritage, water quality protection). No public comments were received for this application.
Conditions include a registered plan of survey and that a flowage easement be registered on title.
The decision to approve the consent is consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement once conditions are met. This decision will not have a significant impact on the environment.
The applicants have two years to satisfy conditions of draft approval, otherwise approval will lapse. The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Notice to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before July 23, 2025.

Proposition initiale
Détails de la proposition
The purpose of this formal application is to sever the existing shoreline allowance after an inadvertent merger, on the property described as PIN 42150-2420; Part 1 on Plan 23R6260, and PIN 42150-2423; Part 2 on Plan 23R6260, on the Lake of the Woods in the District of Kenora and add to their respective upland properties, Partial Lot 11, Lots 12 & 13, Plan M-666 (PINs 42150-1857, 42150-1858 and 42150-1859).
This application would sever approximately 0.06 hectares of shoreline allowance to be consolidated with the adjacent Part Lot 11 and Lot 12 to the west. The retained lot would be approximately 0.07 hectares and is proposed to be consolidated with the adjacent Lot 13 to the west. There are existing docks located in front of Lot 12 and 13.
