Sunvalley Hydroponics Ltd. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for an amendment to the ECA 4822-CLPHT4 to install stormwater management (SWM) works serving Phase 3 of the proposed greenhouse expansion for the collection, transmission, treatment, and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 3080 Graham Side Road, in Part of Lot 19, Concession 5, (in the Former Geographic Township of Gosfield South) in the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ontario.

The proposed sewage works facilities are all being performed in Watersheds 1 and 2 and consists of the following:

1. Roof water drainage pipe systems and on-site sewers discharging roof-top runoff and other surface runoff into a stormwater detention pond.
2. One stormwater detention pond serving the Phase 3 greenhouse development, related buildings, and surrounding areas. The detention pond is located west of the Phase 3 greenhouse and discharges to the Orton Sideroad Drain.
3. One outlet structure (CBMH1) containing a 300-millimitres diameter inlet overflow pipe from the SWM pond.
4. One pumpstation: Stormwater from the pump station will be pumped through one of two 100-millimitres diameter forcemains into CBMH1; and
5. One emergency overflow spillway directed to the Orton Sideroad Drain for events in excess of the 150-millimitres storm
