Application has been made by Patricia Gras to amend the current site plan to permit a mixed after-use following rehabilitation. Approximately one-half of the rehabilitation area would continue to be rehabilitated for agricultural use in accordance with the current Site Plan while the remaining portion would be designated as a laydown yard for the temporary storage and staging of construction materials and equipment.

The proposed request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the Municipality of Kincardine, Bruce County, and any landowners within 120 meters of the licenced boundary of the site.
