Please do not reinstate this cruel and unacceptable hunt. We are past this barbaric type of mindset. Public security is not at risk so all this does is placate hunters who are pushing it for their own hobbies & interests.

As a taxpayers in my late 50’s I oppose trophy hunting. It does not sustain it decimated species especially bears. Eco tourism brings joy and money into the economy. Trophy hunting serves only trigger happy emasculated individuals

This is a good thing to do as there was to many bears. There was no scientific reason to cancel the spring bear hunt any way it was just a political reason. We have problems with bear as they are starting to be dangerous as they don't seem to be scare of humains anymore.
