Trees are precious resources which should never be used to burn for fuel. There are alternatives for energy such as solar and wind power. We need to protect trees, water and resources which are integral to life on earth.

Stop already!!! We need more trees, not less. Personally, I would love to breathe cleaner air. Ontario has the worst air!. Figure out how to use cleaner energy.

The suggestion that expanding the wood pellet industry will provide alternative employment for fossil fuel workers is false. These would be jobs in an industry that dumps more carbon into the atmosphere than what it's replacing. Please do not move forward with this proposal.

WE need mature trees as they are best to sequester the carbon in our atmosphere. Wood pellets actually contribute to smoke and pollute our atmosphere more than other clean burning fuels like propane
