This proposal is abhorrent. The GTA is covered in uninhabited condos (built and in construction). The real housing issue at hand is a lack of rent control and a lack of policies to support residents. Lire davantage

The province has failed to demonstrate need based on any transparent criteria or evaluation. The only criteria appears to be that the landowner asked and had influence upon politicians. Were removals the province’s idea or the landowner? Lire davantage
