Such a small group of cottages in an old established area. It would be a shame to force them out after100 years. An extension seems reasonable.

I support the proposal to allow cottages to remain in rondeau park until 2038. New lease agreements must comply with Rondeau Cottagers Association. The decision for ERO 011-1300 posted on December 20, 2019 stated that we would be able to consult on the long term occupations of cottage lots.

I support the 14 year lease. It means less administration! Continuing with short leases is bad for everything and everyone- including the tax payer. Set up long leases and set up long term plans!

I support ERO 019-8289 to allow cottages to remain in the park until 2038. The original park charter in 1984 describes the cottage community as one of the two reasons the park was created and the cottagers have been an integral part of the park.
