Yes, I support the lease extension as outlined is ERO 019-8289, assuming that the tenants receive reasonable terms and conditions developed in consultation with the Rondeau Cottagers Association. I would like to see that by 2038, that a long-term occupation is given the the tenants. Lire davantage

Yes. I support it. Cottages belong in the park as the park charter originally stated. Any new lease agreements should be fair and just and must be negotiated with the cottagers. Other provincial parks have been extremely unfair to existing cottagers.

YES, give a renewal lease for 14 years. Cooperate with Cottagers to set what that lease entails. There is a need to establish a permanent answer to the Rondeau leases.

I agree with this proposal. The cottagers in Rondeau Provincial Park are good people, they are the true stewards of the park and their unique-in-Ontario community should be celebrated and promoted as a model. Lire davantage

Yes, we are in favor of extending the lease to 2038! I would hope that all new lease/extensions would include input from all cottage owners in the association and allow us to hopefully develop long term occupancy plan for the cottages.

I would suggest we discourage cottages in the park as they take away from the park. I perceive their lease costs are also much much too low. Outside the park many cottage owners are paying property taxes greater than $10,000 per year. Not all these cottages are 4 seasons either. Lire davantage

I support the cottage leases in Rondeau Park being extended until 2038. A new lease must have common sense monetary increases that will not bankrupt lease holders. The lease extension issue has gone on long enough. Lease holders need to put this subject to bed and get on will enjoying the park.

Yes , I do support the 14 year lease extension and ask that, if there was a a price increase, that be discussed and agreed to by the Cottagers association.
