The merging of conservation areas will not only endanger wild life and our natural spaces but people as well. The fast tracking of building inaccessible homes on land that is deemed dangerous for various reasons such as flood plains is irresponsible on the governments part.
Conservation Authorities offer decades of knowledge in the area and protection for our wild life and natural spaces.
Ontario loves to boast about being green while we pave our green spaces.
The merging will not only endanger lives but also slow down the process the government is looking to speed up.
Say no to the merge.
