Municipal land taxes that are not based on income level like provincial and federal income taxes. This creates more burden on people. You're impacting local decision making and raises questions about provincial accountability. You have not provided any details about the nuts and bolts of this proposal suggesting it's a slip shod, throw everything on the wall to see what sticks mentality. There are real questions about the governance. This is not acceptable.
