While disagree with the knee…

While disagree with the knee jerk reaction to oppose any new development, I think this project needs to address several issues:
• The scale of the project is too large for the area in question. A scaled down version (about a half) would be much better to provide the necessary housing.
• Provide a lot more family sized unit than currently planned. There is a glut in the market for match-box sized single room units already. The project should address the growing need for family sized units.
• The road network around the site is already congested. This project will put significant additional pressure on the road network. Significant expansion of road network must be planned with this project.
• There are very little public space and parks are included in the project. With such a large increase in population, that area must have significantly large public space and more park space.
