I do not agree with the amalgamation that is proposed. Why is this being done? Each of the areas should be able to concentrate on the issues in their region, instead of an amalgamated approach. This just sounds like politics wrapped in this is good for you. I believe this is being done so that developers can get around local conservation issues so that they can build where they want. This is starting to sound like the politics in the US where money wins at all costs.
