As a resident of Oakville…

As a resident of Oakville for 54 years, I have watched this beautiful town grow even more beautiful, diverse, and vibrant. While I understand that all Canadian communities must share the task of welcoming new members of a growing population, this growth must be gradual and sustainable. Building housing and neighbourhoods that are too high in density, too quickly, will burden the town's transportation and greater infrastructure. I urge growth that preserves Oakville as a livable and joyful community for all families.
