The province should not be interfering in these types of affairs. I am not a cyclist and never will be due to injury, but as a motorist, I see how segregated bike lanes have helped to improve safety and traffic flow. More people will get out of their cars and take their bikes if they have the safety and security of bike lanes, which means less traffic. Stop wasting time and tax dollars on this and focus your attention on our failing health care system.
