Reduce emissions production from vehicle use and traffic idling downtown. Expand cycling options, particularly for Torontonians who do not live near subway stops and cannot afford personal vehicles, gas, or the use of car services. Downtown could achieve two major things, here: work on cutting down contributions to climate change, and building more people-forward infrastructure. We need this.
