And theres 5% of Old Toronto residents (10-20% fornthe whole city) now ride to work in 2021 census, theres mean at least approximate hundred thousand lives are facing tough choice of breaking the rule or risking their lives, and causing inconvenient to the drivers, who are already slow down by the down town traffic.
