As an avid outdoorsman hunting and fishing for 40 yrs.

My comments first thing shorten the moose hunting season like deer south of hwy 11 2 week long seasonAbove hwy 11 4 week season.
There’s no reason for any hunting season to last till Dec 15 th in the north and Nov 15 south of 11 hwy
As for the point system if a Hunter does not enter the first round the Hunter should not be able to use first choice in the second round.
Also in the second draw first choice should be able not to claim his tag in like 5 days than the system award it to the next person in the draw

As for access the bush harvesting for the last 40 yrs and the long season has put a lot of pressure on the population
