I need bike lanes to be safe when travelling through the city with my children. The city has the expertise to decide where and when bike lanes should be installed. The safety of ALL road users should be prioritized over saving drivers some time. If the province is concerned about gridlock, they should consider working with municipalities to increase the availability and accessibility of alternative modes of transportation, or to improve housing affordability so that people can live near where they work.
