The proposal to exempt highway 413 and Bradford bypass from EA requirements is totally bad and breaks the law. The projects are highly destructive and will fundamentally make travel in the region more congested. It will also destroy sensitive habitat and remove farmland from economy. These projects should not be fast tracked.
