From start to finish, the theme park idea is a bad one -- it is almost certainly bound to become a white elephant like none Ontario has seen since the Minaki Lodge. Dumping sewage into or near to the west channel -- used by swimmers, rowers, etc., is a terrible and unnecessary idea, sitting on top of an awful idea.
