To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing with regard to the notice indicated above regarding the Narrowed Area of Interest for the Northwest GTA Transmission Corridor.
I noted in the companion press release from December 9th, 2024 that the province released 113 full and 57 partial properties not required for the Highway 413 or the transmission corridor.
Can you share the criteria that were applied to determine which lands have been released from the corridor study area, the legal lot descriptions of those removed and the size of each of the properties?
