This is the most appalling action take. By the government that I have ever heard of! Doug Ford is consistently relentless in his pursuit of pleasing corporations at the expense of the people of Ontario, and the whole redevelopment of Ontario Place (and closure of the Science Centre) comes at a HUGE cost to the taxpayers and the environment, like so many of Ford's per projects (Hwy 413 through the green belt and cuts to the green energy programs here.
Dumping raw sewage into our lakes is NEVER ok. I am sure he knows that, but if his developers say JUMP, he jumps. And if there is nothing for HIM to gain, then he conveniently breaks the promises he made.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PROJECT THE GREEN LIGHT! That is the ONLY right course of action.
