The proposal doesn't provide any information on how the proposal will operate or its impact on the shoreline and Lake Ontario water quality. Nor does it include any description or impact of the proposed "Mitigation measures" mentioned by the Minister's spokesperson in the attached CBC article.

As a result the ERO posting is not complete enough to allow the public to understand what is proposed and its impact in order to provide enough information to offer meaningful and helpful comments

If the proposal proceeds there should be secondary treatment of any sewage discharge from the site and structure before any flow reaches the waters of the Ontario Place West Channel and Lake Ontario.
