This is a bad idea and should be rejected. Pumping untreated water into the great lakes is short sighted and will cause decades of damage that will cost more money than the short term profits corporations and people see off this proposal. It's also illegal in international standards as we share this water with the united states. Please do not do this. It will not be beneficial to anyone other than the wealthy.
